Welcome to the Bowman House. Just a 9 minute walk from the College of Wooster, there is room for the whole family to visit! Our home features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a large office with a pull out couch, and a game room for those high stakes ping pong tournaments with your kids!
On the first floor:
1. the eat-in kitchen that includes essential cookware, appliances, and a coffee bar.
2. The game room
3. The living room featuring a 65" TV
4. The Office room with a pull out couch that can sleep two people.
5. The half bath.
On the 2nd Floor:
1. The primary bedroom featuring a king bed, TV, and attached laundry room.
2. Two other bedrooms featuring queen beds & TVs.
3. The main bathroom featuring a tub & shower combo.
The guests will have access to the first and second floors, as well as the he front and back porches.
We are available through the airbnb app.
The off-street parking is behind the house. That is where you will enter the property.
1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3.Please remove shoes in the house.
4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

Summary: Had internet issues when checked but the host was prompt to call tech support and correct it. Very clean and comfortable.

Summary: The house was clean and spacious. Location great proximity to stores and fast food and easy to get to restaurants. Very walkable. Easy check in and check out. Host very responsive. Two things: The kitchen is not well stocked - so if planning to use make sure you bring all items needed to prepare food. (For example- no baking sheet, no pepper, only one rack in the oven- we only planned for breakfast our two days and it was challenging) If planning to use for socializing/gathering- not just sleeping- while it sleeps 8 there were not 8 seats at the table, and living room is challenged to seat 8 adults at the same time: there is not enough silverware for 8, and only 2 mugs in the cupboard. All of these things were able to be managed-but required trips to store that we were not planning or additional washings between use.

Summary: The inside was wonderful. The outside could use some TLC. It was difficult to find at first because no number. The manager was fast to respond if we needed anything. Wonderful stay for our family.

Summary: The house was newly decorated and rehabbed. Supples were good , a few finishing touches could make it perfect. Outside needs a little love. Location was good for walking to town.

Summary: Overall property was nice and convenient. No Wi-Fi. None of many TVs were usable because they were not connected to any service. Only two coffee cups so we went to local store and purchased some. Great place but owner seems to have just opened for use after remodel. We thought were first to stay at this place. Overall it suited our needs fine.
